Accurate Service Company

He accepted a claim filed by us through Choice Home Warranty for an AC problem. The claim was denied because he said the unit was rusted and corroded, which is not what he told us was the problem. He wrapped a piece of black tape around the pipe and wanted his $75 service fee. We have called and sent his text to find out exactly what he put in the report. He will not answer and have either turned off his phone or blocked me. BEWARE if you have a warranty do not let this man pick up the service. He is not a qualified heat and air service man. Even the warranty company tried to tell me he is a jack of all trades. BS
