No longer operating in Tulsa, but explained to me over the phone what I needed to do, which was spot-on.
Went "above-and-beyond the call of duty" to help me out, and saved me over $70.00 by doing it myself.
If he opens up shop elsewhere, you'd be wise to give him your business!
Johnny is a God sent miracle he has moved out of state but yet spent more than an hour walking us thru an issue with our mower over the phone.... we will keep him in our prayers for his new journey!!!!
After a recent storm our power went out. I called around for quick generator repair. Johnny agreed to fix it while I waited and did an excellent job. While some others were raising their prices to take advantage of those without power, Johnny put me first and charged a very reasonable fee. Great guy and great service.
A friend recommended Johnny, so I took it by at 4PM on a Friday. Told them what I needed and asked them to fix it ASAP. I was asked if I wanted a call to let me know how much he thought it would be before he started to work on it. But I passed, and he did NOT take advantage! Well I got a call exactly 24 hours later saying it was ready. Today was the test. It started for me and runs like it should. He charges a very reasonable rate compared to other repair people I have used, recommend him highly and will use Johnny again if the need arises.
Fantastic service and a great price, would highly recommend this business to do all your small engine needs!
I have been doing business with this guy for many years and he has always been up front and fair. He goes out of his way to help people even when its family time for him. I have never met anyone who can trouble shoot a problem on an equipment in secs then explain to the customers and show it to them on the spot. He is very good at what he does. I have seen people while I wait try to take advantage of him or his prices but he takes no bs. He is very fair on his labor . The deposit goes toward repair for parts, which I do not blame him for doing. Johnny doesn't like putting his own money in people's stuff then customers don't pick up. that cost him time and money. He gives free est. and if he goes $5 over the est. he calls to authorize the repair before moving on. There are times when you go into something and you find more wrong with it that wasn't caught during drop off. I get that, not a problem. He is more than happy to have you come over to see the damage and show you or inform you that the repair cost more than the value of the mower. He is fair, honest, upfront hard working man that supports his family. He has two children, one is a little girl that he likes to teach how to work with tools, very cute and good dad.
As for the commit below, I was there when you came over and Johnny was working on his truck and mowers. Johnny was very nice to you until you started making threat to him and he asked you to leave. you are a lair and a very rude man. AAA is the best and my husband and I won't let anybody else but johnny work on our commercial equipment that cost thousands. He will always have our business, kelly and Fernando
