A WOW towing & recovery

I heard today that the driver, Donovan, was hit and killed by a car, while he was trying to load a vehicle! He was a very good and kind man, RIP Donovan!!! It was a pleasure to meet and work with you!! God Bless you and welcome you home!!!

I worked there for two years. I was always quick, called to inform the customer my eta, and even dispatched my own calls. The issues were in the trucks we drove!!

Terrible service. Took almost 2 hours longer than told. My warranty company covers my toe yet the driver had me pay him more $ in cash, gave me no receipt so I called the dispatcher and she was rude and hung up on me and argued with me and told me it was confidential what my bill was. The tow driver took my car to the mechanic and just dropped it and didn't relay my information to the mechanic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Originally told 90 minutes. THREE & A HALF HOURS LATER AND STILL WAITING! Called at 2 hours and told they we're 7 miles away. Called at 2 and 1/2 hours & told they are just 7 miles away. Called at 3 hours & they say the original dispatch declined the ticket and they are trying to find someone else to take the work. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! These folks will string you along until you give up & call someone else. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. Spend your hard earned money with a more trustworthy company.

i have to take the time to say, on what was a very bad day Awow towing was the most helpful and the kindest people i spoke to all day. in fact they were the only. i have had my car(s) towed in the past with other companies and not any of those times did my belongings remain in my car. with Awow i had zero problems and all of my belongings were where they should be. thank you Awow for being the business that all others should be!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I've been waiting for 2 hours and said they were 3 miles away 15 minutes ago!!!!! They are Only getting 1 star because I have to give it to them!

Horrible company DO NOT USE. Left me stranded over 3 hours and lied about coming. Kept telling me they'd be there in 20 min. NEVER showed up. Dispatcher rude and a liar. - You have to give them a star in order to write a review.

The driver seemed nice enough but the lady in the truck with him obviously had no idea what she was doing, was very unprofessional and looked like she had just rolled out of bed still in pajamas. They asked me to back my non running car into the street so they could get to it better but refused to help, luckily my husband, who was sitting in our other vehicle with my toddler, was there to push my car while I steered. Then they tried pulling it onto the truck while my car was in park, the lady with the driver told me she would put the car in neutral when they started pulling but she didn't so I literally had to jump in the car and do it before they dragged my car up the ramp. THEN we got to our destination and they rolled my car off and basically took up 3 parking spots in front of a place of business so they "wouldn't have to f*** with it" getting it into a parking spot. Terrible! The ONLY reason I used them is because I went through my insurance company and I'm embarrassed for them that they do business with this "company".

Been waiting over an hour and the tow truck broke down somewhere. Having to use them because of the tire company's policy. Wow they are bad. Still waiting.

I would not recommend this towing company to ANYONE!

Do not use this company unless you want to wait for hours longer than the quoted wait time. Their receptionist are also rude and unhelpful.
