        As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff. They listened to my needs and were quickly able to meet them. All of their inventory was close at hand so I didn't have to wait long either!



        I'd absolutely recommend them to all my friends!

        They dont know what they are doing

        I took my computer into them after it not wanting to boot up and they told me that the hard drive had crashed, was no longer any good. All my information was lost. They asked if I wanted them to install a new hard drive at which I told them not to do anything that I wanted it back as is. I took it to a competitor who told me that the hard drive was fine and fixed the problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

        This customer seemed more interested in causing trouble and arguing our diagnostics. her hard drive failed "smart extended testing" we couldnt get the drive to detect on our techstation correctly for data backup. A drive that fails smart testing can act reusable and what second pc shop probably did is just reinstalled her windows. But shes still dealing with a hard drive that will fail. We have industry leading diag tools and only tell the truth to get the customer fixed. This woman was clearly more interested in arguing and disproving our results than trusting the professionals. We have a 90day warranty on services and would have been glad to rediag the hdd and show her the results. That didnt interest her and had already went elsewhere. So we wonder why did you come to us for diags in the first place if she wasnt going to accept our results. We've been in business 20+ years. We do 20 services a day. If we really didnt know what we were doing there would be more than just this ladies feedback.
