This optician refused me service because I wouldnt buy additional services. When I declined, he demanded I SIGN a separate form declining the unnecessary services. Why would I sign to decline services? I would only need to sign if I am agreeing to services. I did sign to decline dilating my eyes, but he is trying to sell some type of imaging that is not covered at all by insurance (I have the best coverage available). This is all through Visionworks, who is owned by the same company that owns my insurance, Davis Vision! Anyway, Gurjeevan Hothi had no justification to deny me an exam. He is apparently more concerned with marketing extra services, than providing necessary services.
