At The Beach

At the Beach has great beds always with hot bulbs, nice and knowledgeable staff and Reasonable prices.

I never write reviews, but this once I will. I have never had a spray tan before abd I juzt wanted to see what it was like. I can't use other products because of being prone to skin cancer. Well this may have been one of the worst cases of customer service I have had in quite awhile. You know how it is when you walk in a place and you can tell that person just doesn't want to to be there or see you or have any people skills at all. I expected a push on products and extra tans that I didn't want, but she raised the bar when it came to that. She literally said these are your options almost like, take it or leave it. I could have left so I can't complain, but it just seems like you can't go anywhere and just get what you want without the sell, sell sell which I never buy anyway, but I certainly won't do it for a person that has a bad attutude.

Aerie is so nice and helpful every time I go into tan!!!! I love all the beds!!! Just wished they would replace the bulbs when needed!!!!

Worst place ever! You will wait an hour just for them to check you in because only one person is working! Then they will charge your credit card and all the sudden you don't have a membership the next time you go in! And no one there can help you with that you have to call customer service and wait for them to get back to you! Don't go!!!
