We were moving from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom that was less than six miles down the road. This U-Haul location was in the middle of the two apartments. I saw some bad reviews, but I convinced myself that the convenience of its location made it worth it.

We made two trips between the apartments (6x4= 24, and this is rounded up from 5.8) plus the small amount of mileage to and from the U-Haul (6 miles if I am being generous, it was between the two locations) and picked up gas on the way back from our last trip (.1 miles if I am being generous). Bringing us to grand total, a bit highly estimated, of 30.1 miles. We were charged for 84 miles.

That's off by about 54 miles. This was either brought about by pure incompetence or they are willfully scamming people. I can not say for certain, but based on other reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence.

They did not do a pre-inspection with us, which I thought was weird, but figured it made it quicker and did not think too much on it. They also did not do a post-inspection with us which should have been a huge red flag. I took a picture before we set out, but forgot to take a picture after completing our move.

When I contacted the location the guy told me that they can not change the mileage on their trucks and that it would be illegal for them to do so. I never insinuated that they changed the mileage on their trucks only that they incorrectly charged me for over 50 miles I did not travel. I am guessing this is his go-to phrase when dealing with people he has overcharged (again through incompetence or greed I know not).

Bottom line: there seems to be a trend of people that were taken advantage of by those working at this location. I hope they are ashamed of what they are doing, but at the very least I hope they lose business and do not have the opportunity to scam more people. If you value your money or being treated with respect then please do not go here.

EDIT: The Better Business Bureau gave this business a rating of 'F' which is their lowest rating. Keep this in mind.

I used this company for the first time last weekend and they were fantastic! The office staff was very friendly, curtious and knowledgeable. The guys that actually did the moving were careful but at the same time quick. I would recommend this moving company to everyone I know and I would use them again in a heartbeat

I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, and found out on Wednesday that I had to move on Saturday. I had absolutely no time to pack anything, or buy supplies, nothing. Noah's Ark Moving saved the day! Nick, Michael, and TK showed up with the truck, all the supplies, and got right to work. In 8 hours they packed everything, loaded the truck, unloaded it at my new apartment, re-assembled the bed frames, and unpacked quite a few of my other boxes. They only accept cash payments, and they don't bring any food or water, so be prepared to offer that. There were also a few fees that I didn't know about until they arrived. They charge a 19% gas fee, and $39 for a flight of stairs. Plus tax. The $90/hr base rate, after all the fees and such, ended up being $140/hr. If you hire them, give your budget some cushion for the extra charges. They were still worth it, though. I highly recommend them! Oh, one final thing, Nick is very allergic to cats, so give them a heads up if you have any cats.

Nick and Mike did a great job loading my U-Haul. However, they did not give me a receipt that I need for tax purposes. Despite repeated calls to Shay at the office I never got either a return call or the receipt mailed to me.

This company moved my wife's office and a month later moved mine they are great.... girl on the phone was also vary helpful .

Used this moving company for Maricopa to queen creek... it was a full day job but they kept there energy up the whole time high five to nick great grew leader

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked their moving services & the NEVER showed up! Didn't even bother to call. I called them several times prior to my scheduled move to confirm & on the day of my my move with no return phone call. To this day I have not received a phone call from them. I have since reported them to the BBB so that hopefully no one else gets burned like I did!
