        Robin Fuson’s 17 year legal career includes being a Former Chief Prosecutor in the State Attorney’s office for the DUI and Narcotics units. Being in charge of several areas of criminal law, he prosecuted First Degree Murder, RICO, Trafficking, Kidnapping, Organized Crime, DUI, Assault and Battery, among a host of other offenses, compiling over 100 jury trials to his credit. Mr. Fuson has handled criminal cases numbering in the thousands.  In 2001, Mr. Fuson took his legal experience to the private sector and represents clients in all areas of criminal defense. His “hands on approach” allows clients access to his personal cell phone so that the client never has to worry about not reaching their attorney personally. Mr. Fuson is licensed to practice law in all Florida State and County Courts, as well as, Federal matters in the Unit.

        Simply Wonderful!!

        When I first spoke with Mr. Fuson, he of course didn't know me, and yet, gave me free legal advice on a Friday night! He answered my questions, did not rush me, and put my mind at ease. What a wonderful person this is.



        If someone does this for a person they do not know, I cannot imagine how wonderful it would be to retain him as an attorney. I certainly would not hesitate for moment to do so. I have needed to speak with an an attorney in the past, in person, and have not felt as comfortable with them as I felt with Mr. Fuson over the telephone. A very nice and caring gentlemen! What more can I say???

        Excellent Attorneys

        The attorneys, Robin Fuson and John Castro, were awesome! They answered all of my questions and even gave me their personal cell phone numbers. Because of the eal they were able to work out with the state prosecutors I was able to stay out of jail and take care of my family. I am very grateful for the work they did for me and highly recommend them.
