The treatment I got was over and above customer service. Ray was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to talk business with. Larry was very professional and straight to the point. I appreciated the direct approach. I will pass on my word of mouth to anyone I hear is looking for car. The sales person was helpful and very kind to my mother. It is with so many thanks to ABC I have the car I always wanted. If your looking for a car ask for SUGA RAY and tell hime Sherelle sent you and he will do his best to assist you. What I loved the most was they treated me like a person, and that is often what is not there when you go to bigger dealers.

My boyfriend was getting frustrated looking for cars, we had been everywhere. Finally as a last resort we stopped here and are so thankful. He not only got a newer car but they are awesome and went above an beyond for him. Terry is fabulous and did exactly what he said he was going to do and that was make sure my bf got into a car.

I had been driving around looking at cars and couldn't seem to find what I wanted. I searched the web and came across this place. I gave them a call to get some more information and went in that same day. They had the car that I had been looking for. I don't have the perfect credit in the world, so I didn't think I would get approved. I was wrong I went in that same day and left with the car I wanted. If you are needing a car and your credit is not so good, I recommend going here. They help you to build your credit as well. This is a nice, enjoyable place, and the employees are great. The people that assisted me was Ray and Mike. I had a great experience there.

I had such a GREAT experience. Ray was my Sales Agent and Mike/Larry was my Financial Agents. My credit was not the best but they worked hard and got me financed. I went in looking for a Chrysler 200 and they didn't have one. Ray stayed in touch with me everyday letting me know that they were working on getting the car I want. I just want to say they got the car I wanted in less than 2 day. When I say that Ray stepped up to the challenge and came out SHINNING he did. I will refer Ray and ABC Auto Trader to ALL my Friends/Family. Ray made me feel like I was apart of his family and I am forever GRATEFUL. I am now driving a 2014 Black Chrysler 200 Thanks to ABC Auto Trader.

This is our 2nd time getting a car here. This time, Terry assisted us and he made the process smooth and easy. Not only that,they seem to genuinely care about getting your credit to a point where you can get a lower payment. We will continue to recommend people come here.

Totally disagree with such a high rates. All cars are definitely overpriced in comparison with other dealerships. They left impression of pretty greedy place...Sorry..but this is my personal opinion

First time buying a car and I can admit I was extremely nervous. I walked in with doubts but my salesmen Ray made me feel right at home. He had great vibes and made me comfortable. He asked what I was looking for, my needs and wants, and what range I wanted to stay in and then he got to work. Uncle Larry makes you feel like family and he has a genuine spirit that will make you feel like your one of his own. I wasn't pressured into making a decision right on the spot and after a few days they followed up with me to see if there was anything other questions I may of had and if I needed anything else.. Needless to say I am a new owner of a 2013 VW Jetta!!! I would recommend if your in hardship and your credit isn't the best to go check them out!!! Ask for Ray and tell him I sent you :)
