A-1 Window Tint

today i had a-1 window tint come to my store and tint the front windows and everything went smooth, the part that empressed me the most was they showed up on time and everything went on schedule. thanks for the great job!

Steve is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met he doesn't kid you and try to rip you off. I just show up at his shop after reading his sign for 89 dollar window tint and my car gets rate in and done in less then an hour. The job was done right the first time with quality window tint. He will getting every window tinting project I have in the future.

I made a very poor choice by choosing A1 Auto Tint to do my vehicle. I found his advertisement through Craigslist. We scheduled an appointment for him to come to my house at 10:00am. It took 3 calls that morning to find out if he was going to show up or not. Kept telling his "he was on his way". 2:00 pm he finally shows up. The price that quoted us on the phone was lower than he charged us because he claims "he misunderstood what type of vehicle we had". Very shady. After he completed the tint job he told me it would be 3 days before the bubbles went away. I gave it over a week and every window still has bubbles. You can see all kinds of lint between the glass and the tint. The drivers side door was cut about a 1/4 inch short of reaching the bottom of the glass- the rear quarter panels were not cut straight and you see can see clear glass. The front window strip has a crease in it, along with the rear window. I called him to get all this rectifed to schedule an appointment and he said he would call me Saturday morning around 10:00 am to let me know he was on his way. No call - no show. I called a few days later, and there no was no mention of why he didn't call, nor an apolgy - he just told me that I was on the "top of his list" for next Saturday morning. Again, said he would call in the morning when he was on the way. Guess what ? No Call - No show again ! I called again to follow up and he didn't pick up my call. I left a voicemail demanding a full refund at this point - Have yet to hear from him. I contacted the manufacturer of the tint he uses to alert them of this situation. I've taken the vehicle to another tint shop to get a quote on removal and reinstallation and they literally laughed at loud when they saw the quality of the work he did.
