Pizza Factory

After waiting at the entrance for about 10 minutes with no employee in sight I finally walked back towards the kitchen and found 4 employees standing around talking, when I asked for help 2 girls ran off spanking each other 1 stood there and one sat us. Our server came over 10 minutes later, took our drink order came back and took our food order and that's the last time she willingly came to help us. We flagged her down for drink refills. We sat waiting for our check for 15 minutes after that went and stood at the register for about 10 minutes I finally getting upset walked back to where I first found the employees and 3 girls where on the phones laughing when I asked to be checked out 1 girl was rude and acted as if we were interrupting her. When I asked for the manager she stated he was available tomorrow. Food was really good service was horrible.

I like this place a lot. Overall good food. The twisty bread is so delicious and my kids love them. The prices are average (similar to other sit down pizza places). The staff has always been friendly and fast. Overall I would (and have) recommend this place to others.
