General Info: Joshua A. Kalish, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon serving patients at our Gwinnett location. Specializing in cataract surgery, Dr. Kalish completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Kalish earned his doctorate of medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. Prior to this, he was an honor student at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he earned an undergraduate degree in chemistry along with a master’s in cell and molecular biology. He is an active member of several organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
