        The doctors are horrible with time

        I went to pick up glasses at 10am. I was told that they had to wait for the doctor to arrive before receiving them. The lady was very nice but said that it would be about 10-15 minutes wait time before the doctors arrival. After waiting an hour, I was told that their was not a doctor scheduled!!?!? What?!? The lady at the front was very apologetic but I informed her that I will be writing a review online. So lens crafters is a better way to go.
