She's a very smart person . She keep all your clothing shoes and whatever you have and says you can't have it back.I left many items and she told me she wanted to extend the contract. Now she just said you can't have anything back if you extend the contract.she never told me that.

Don't let the name fool you. Most of the items look like they came from the thrift store. As far as consigning goes, you'll make more money selling your items at a yard sale. They don't tell you how much they sell your items for, and if you ask they get offended. I received pocket change for new upscale items. They still owe me money for a layaway item, but because the customer service was so horrible, It's not worth the drive or the hassle to go back and pick it up. The owner has a horrible attitude! She was very rude and when questioned about the selling price for my items, she told me that my items weren't all that great! I promise you they were more upscale than anything she had in that store. I've consigned with other stores in the past, and received better customer service and profits. Take your business elsewhere. I almost forgot to mention that they have a black cat crawling across the counter. That should've been a sign.
