Found their service to be exceptional! This is one company that provides comprehensive service at a reasonable price. Had concerns about the new Windows 8 program and needed it installed in my new computer but am not tech savvy. Also needed to have files from old computers transferred.



Made a list of my questions and concerns. Every item was addressed and even got one-on-one assistance, helping to overcome my fears. Marlon was patient in customizing my desktop until I was satisfied. Very happy with the results and the service. Computer Solutions & Services is a good company with honest people. I have been cusotmer for over 7 years and they have never failed me or my goals ever.

I went to this store almost a month ago to have my computer serivced, to fix Operating system problems. Then two week later my opitcal drive wouldn't close and the computer could not recognize it . They told me it might be the motherboard and they they will call me in couple of day to let me know what was wrong with my computer. I called them after a week, and all I got was bunch of excuses and run arounds. Then they finally called me. The young guy named Mark told me it was a vrius agian and he was very rude on the phone when I talked to him. Then I went in to store to pick it up, and they didn't install the updates on the computer. So I updated the computer myself taking about 3 to 4 hours of my time. Shortly after the updates were installed my optical drive disappeared again. Then I later took the computer to BEST BUY and they figured out the problem faster than the solutions place. The guy at Best Buy told me they did not finish their job and he would have to charge me to install the drive. If I knew that before I would have saved a lot more money at BEST BUY than at the Computer Solutions. They didn't fix the original problem when the reloaded the OS they should have made sure that the computer was running properly without a problem.

I decided to call a local service in Steger, Illinois. When I asked about the prices, I was told that he would not comment further about my computer. How does that statement relate to pricing? It doesn't. Very Rude ! I went to Computer Doctor in Homewood, Illinois to get my computer repaired. I am thankful that I did. It is working just fine now. Be careful whom you do business with.
