Do not waste your money with this Process Server. She is very unprofessional and unreliable. I was very dissatisfied with the service provided. I hired her two days after obtaining a summons from Family Court for a custody hearing. When I called to get an update, she never returned my call. On the last day that the summons was to be served (i.e. 8 days before court date), I went to her office and she had not made any attempts yet! Furthermore, she promised to mail the affidavit to me and I had to go to her office in person the day before the hearing to get a second copy because she mailed it to the address of the defendent! In a nutshell, I paid $55.00 for an affidavit that I could have paid $2.00 for if I had someone else serve the summons and get the document notarized.
