A wrongful death was caused by electrocution. Represented the deceased Plaintiff’s estate, wife and three children. The trial resulted in a substantial jury verdict in favor of the Plaintiffs.
Sex Crimes
A medical malpractice action against Defendant psychiatrist for sexual molestation during course of treatment and against the admitting hospital. Represented the Plaintiff who was a former patient of the Defendants. Settlement against Defendant psychiatrist at close of Plaintiff’s case with a jury verdict returned against Defendant Hospital for negligent supervision/hiring.
