Finally Kelly's

I have been in the area just about 4 years but the 1st 3 years I was driving an hour plus to my hair dresser in fear of someone not getting my hair right. I could not longer do commute and tried a hairdresser in Sturbridge she did an awful cut and color was OK but the cut was just devastating. I then found a great hair dresser also in Sturbridge and was going to her for a year then she moved out of the area and I did not want to do a commute again. I had met Kelly out one night and figured I would see if she is taking on new clients. I had read she was great with blonde coloring, so booked an appointment and was very happy. I just had her do my hair for the 2nd time and again thrilled that I have FINALLY found FINALLY KELLY'S.

Never again! I recently went to Finally Kelly's for a walk in eyebrow wax. While in the chair the woman basically shamed me into getting my upper lip done as well.
I have been getting my eyebrows done for years, and this was by far the worst they have ever looked after an appointment. She took about half of them off underneath leaving me with thin lines that might have been cool in the early 90s but are not at all the norm now. She did nothing above my brows (not that she left much left) or between my brow and my temple where I typically have hairs that definitely need to be removed. She did not do anything with tweezers after and there was no cooling gel or anything put on after so I was left with giant red welts. When I got back to my car to take a look (since they also didn't offer me a mirror or anything) I immediately noticed several large dark hairs that I ended up having to remove myself with tweezers. As for my lip, I might have been satisfied minus feeling like a monster at first if I didn't have a strip of wax left on my face and an additional clump in my hair that I spend 10 minutes trying to detangle.
