On Command Boarding

This was my second time boarding my dogs. First time at this facility. First impression was great. When I picked them up I was pretty bummed that the were not able to socialize with other dogs for the 3 days they were there. I was under the impression that they would be. Well whatever I can get over that. However both my dogs contracted kennel cough. I have never seen them so sick. 2 different trips to the vet. They didn't catch this at the other facility they were at and they were with other dogs. I completely understand that this is a risk you take at all boarding places, but come on! They weren't even around other dogs! Very upsetting. We will not be going back to On Command.

I walked in to inquire about training for a therapy dog and day boarding. Everyone was so enthusiastic and very informative. I am, well was, shopping around for a training facility. This facility is very very clean and very well organized. I am looking forward to enrolling!!

My dogs go to Daycare at On Command and they LOVE it. One of them is a total "Mamas boy" and doesn't usually like to go anywhere with anyone except me-but he is happy to go to OC. They both come back exhausted and sleep the rest of the day (excellent!).

I cannot express enough how much I love Bear and the entire crew at On Command. Not only do they provide great group and individual dog training, and got my great dane to stop attacking people (including kids!!) but they have the best boarding on the planet. They might love my dog as much I as do!! It is hard to go away and leave your pet somewhere, but it makes me feel soooooo good to know that everyone knows my dog's name and he is so happy to go there.

I am so impressed with OnCommand. They are a very professional business and the workers are wonderful. The facility is very safe and clean



My dogs always come out of there happy and worn out from all of the play time! Now I can go on vacations and know my fur babies are having their own vacation!!

My little Rocky sings to me when we get close he is so excited to go! Never have a I taken a pet somewhere where they are so excited to get in the door.

First of all...I'd like to say I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I absolutely love the staff at On Command. My dog went in for a two week training and although it was hard to let him go that long, it was so worth it. He had an amazing trainer Courtney and all the techs were so patient with him and gave him so much love. They called me to give me updates and always called me back and answered my crazy questions when I was being a worried mom! I see such a growth in him and a whole new man! I know this journey is only beginning and we have a lot of in home training to continue but thank you to the team, especially Courtney for laying the foundation for success. I will be taking him back for daycare!

I took our troublesome 14 year old dog for the first time to On Command, I was very worried because he has a bad reputation for getting groomed!! Well, that has all changed!! CeCe took him and after she was done with him, he looks great and believe it or not she said he was good!! We were shocked!! They have certainly won us over, that place is fabulous!! So clean and organized, plus the rates are so reasonable!! We will definitely return and I plan on taking our other dog there too!!! So glad we discovered this place!!!

I Have been taking my dog here since it opened on Longley Ave.... Everything is Top Notch, clean, friendly, professional. I've used the daycare, boarding and Grooming services, and I'm a very happy, Repeat customer. Dude Loves the daycare and all the staff.

On command is fantastic, I'm stunned to see they have such a low rating. We used them for training and boarding, it's expensive but worth it. Our dog loves going there and is excited to see the staff/trainers. Courtney is fabulous she really has a connection with the animals. The entire staff their will know your dog by name and give you status updates if you board. Highly recommend them!
