I had a bit of bad streak lately with trying to purchase a vehicle the last month or so. John's Auto Sales was recommended to me by a cousin. I was afraid at first due too my not so great credit and was a little reluctant to go due to being let down so many times. When I arrived at the dealership with my 2 small children, we were cordially greeted by many different employees. My kids were very much welcomed and were offered all the snacks and drinks they wanted, which quickly made me comfortable to be there. I worked with Marco, Rocco, Kevin, Paul and of course John (the owner) to build a great deal on a great vehicle for a great price. I expressed my interests, my worries, my needs and wants. They quickly got down to business in making me offers to vehicles that would make sense to my budget. I walked into their dealership car-less on a Friday and by Monday afternoon I was in a lightly used 2015 Nissan Altima which turned out to be a way better car than I was originally interested in. I definitely would recommend this dealership to other people. The customer service was great. Thank you to everyone who helped out!

I was referred to John's Auto Sales to buy my next vehicle. I was surprised to hear that John had over 115 vehicles in inventory and he would purchase whatever vehicle I wanted. I was searching for a late model economy car [Focus, Corolla, Civic etc] when I saw an 2008 Hyundai Elantra for sale at John's Auto Sales advertised on Autotrader. The price was right...the mileage and condition of the car was right....the carfax report was clean. I decided to send an email inquiry about it. The sales man [Pauli] responded to my email inquiry within an hour. He answered all my questions and was open and up front about the car. When I got to the lot, he handed me the key and said "take it for a ride, let me know what you think". There was no pressure, no sales pitch, nothing. The finance guy [Chris] clearly explained all my financing options. With 10% down, he was able to find financing with affordable payments and a competitive interest rate. I would recommend John's Auto Sales to friends and family. As with any major purchase, doing your homework and research will help you make better decisions.

l left a deposit almost a year ago on a car that i never got to buy. Due to schedule conflicts i wasnt able to go and get my deposit back. So when i did a couple of days ago i was expecting to be given a hard time but instead John the owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!.He refunded my deposit without any hassle! Seemed such a simple and obvious action, but to me it meant a lot and quite impressive and this experience left me very pleasantly surprised... i have been bragging it to my friend since then....

Met John and his crew through my daughter and to say they are a good group of men I was told I will be helped and that is exactly what they did I now have a vehicle and is satisfied with my purchase. And yes I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car or truck.

What a terrific experience! The owner John is fantastic, and is personally involved in the business and really cares about the vehicles he sells as well as his customers. He takes his name and reputation very seriously and is very skilled in all aspects of the business, and has high standards for his team. His father started up the business and you can tell he wants to maintain the highest reputation for his family. If you appreciate personal attention from people who know the vehicles and want to help you vs someone trying to sell it without doing any work, this place is for you. Everyone I worked with was terrific. Paul in sales was very professional and helpful. Rocco had all the paperwork ready to go for a speedy sale. Peter and his son were terrific mechanics and made sure the vehicle I purchased was safe and in excellent condition! I purchased the vehicle I came in to see- it was everything they said it was ( ! also rare with used car dealerships) ! My father who is an engineer is the ultimate test, and he dropped me off the day the car was detailed and ready to go. He was very impressed with John and his team and the car!

I recently purchased a vehicle from the gentleman down at John's Auto sales on Somerville Ave and the experience was nothing but spectacular, as you know car buying can be a somewhat intimidating and nerve racking experience. The Staff made sure I was comfortable and I knew what I was getting myself into instead of just being concerned about the sale . Even the owner John went out of his way to introduce himself , I'm sure Herb chambers or Ernie Boch Jr wouldn't of. Kevin, Joey, and big John's son were so accommodating with anything I needed , and Rocco the finance guy is a no BS straight to the point kind of guy , in the car sales business that's like striking gold , never happens. If I could give them 10 stars I would . I love my car and I love knowing I can bring it to them if anything goes wrong in the future . It's a used car not brand new off the lot , so let's face it things happen. All in all I'll be back when I'm ready for my next one.

I very, very rarely write a review, but this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I was skeptical because some of the bad reviews that had been written, which to me were unfounded. John (owner) could not have been more helpful, polite, and accommodating to me. I had been looking for a particular vehicle with specific criteria and noticed what seemed to be the vehicle advertised at John's Auto. I called to inquire about the vehicle and unfortunately they had just closed. I noticed John had his cell number listed so I gave it a call. He answered the call even though he was out of the state on a personal family matter. He answered all my questions right then and told me when he returned back to work he would be able to provide more information about the vehicle. He also told me that he would hold the vehicle until I decided if I was interested or not. I never met the man before. He provided more information via paperwork and he actually took and sent me a video of the vehicle so that I could get a better feel for the condition of the vehicle being I was coming from out of the state of Massachusetts. The vehicle was everything advertised. I purchased the vehicle a week after we had begun discussing the car. John assisted in making it easy to get the vehicle back to CT that same day. Not the typical used car buying experience. I would recommend John's Auto Sales without hesitation to anyone. Oh yeah, he also offered to provide me a meal close by to his store.
