In 2001, ECG became a woman owned business whom is founded by Erica T. Edmond. Erica found a vision to encourage smaller disadvantage companies able to compete with large corporation in government contracting with the necessary resource to make them successful. ECG’s target markets are government agencies and private organizations such as nonprofit organizations.
