Zippy Unlocks

Robert (Owner) and his assistant were out to help me put a spare tire on my car in HALF the time quoted by the AT&T Roadside Assistance Rep (50 min). They were courteous, professional, identifyied themselves as Zippy (woman driving alone) and on a busy Interstate, had my tire changed and advised me on how fast to drive in less than 15 minutes. I will always be grateful for their fantastic customer service!!

Zippy....not so much. Waited on the guy for TWO HOURS after making a AAA request. Then when he finally called us to say he was on his way he got rude with me because I'd already cancelled the call with AAA. Horrible customer service! Not even so much as an apology for leaving me on the side of the road for two hours. I'll never use them.
