Based in Slidell, La., Trinity Neurologic Rehabilitation Center provides specialty rehabilitation, complex medical care and extended care services. It operates a 110-bed center offering care and treatment to patients with multiple medical rehabilitation and skilled nursing needs. The center is accredited by the Commission of the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. In addition to rehabilitation, it provides skilled nursing and intermediate care services for pediatric, adult and geriatric individuals with emphasis on care for the medically demanding patients. It also works in coordination with case managers, discharge planners, social workers and other health care professionals.
