I'm usually very uncomfortable going to a dentist office. But the very first visit, Doctor Kopfler and his dental assistant, Chere" made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I had to undergo a very extensive dental surgery, and they both made sure that my pain was kept at a reasonable level. I've been back many times since then and I have always felt at ease, knowing the very professional and caring treatment that I have always received from both Doctor Kopfler and Chere". Also the receptionist, Mary Ann, is knowable and very helpful with explanations about insurance coverage. When making an appointment she is always very helpful, and tries to fit your appointment into your work schedule.
