Dave will do whatever it takes to try to fix your computer. He spent hours on the phone with Dell trying to fix my laptop bc someone changed my password to get into the computer. Dell has a way to erase this but will not give out the info to anyone. So unfortunately my computer is a total loss bc it just cannot be fixed but he sure did try and did not charge me for all his time.
