First Class Auto Service

These guys have given me great, honest, and just overall amazing service. I really appreciate everything they've done for me... Ray is a great guy! I would (and do) recommend First Class Auto to everyone.

I was having problems with my air conditioner. I went to another shop and they charged me $150 to "recharge" my ac. The problem was not fixed. I spoke to them again and they said that it would cost $1200 and they were not even sure if it would fix my ac. I then called First Class and talked to Ray. I told him the situation with the other shop. He told me to bring the car in and he would look at it. When I got there he said that he would only charge me for what was necessary! After a few minutes Ray came back and told me my car was fixed. He said I had a blown fuse. It ended up being a very nominal charge. He also told me that my headlight was loose and they fixed that too. I should have called First Class Auto Service first. I could have saved myself a big headache. I live in Queen Creek. From here on out i will make the drive out to Scottsadale for ALL of my repair needs for all of my vehicles. I definitely reccommend First Class Auto Service. They will treat you right. There won't be any other shop I go to. Thank you First Class!
