I fought for 4 months to get reimbursed for overcharges. *Note that if you change anything on your existing plan they will extend your contract without informing you. My problem was that when we moved I no longer had service until I was atleast 15 miles away from my home. Then one weekend I had service and called to inquire. They changed my plan and assured me that there was a tower in the area that they connected thru Cingular (??). Needless to say by next week NO service as before.... then I changed to Nationwide plan at their recommendation (still did not work). In the meantime I was charged several reactivation fees and other misc. In the end I switched to Verizon to get service all the time and finally own the battle when my financial institution returned the funds ( 24 or 72 turn around for default charges does not work at Suntrust).
