        Overall

        As much as they claim to care for their patients they sure do not give their time to help. I called on a Tuesday and then never got a call back. One full week plus one day and still trying to get a hold of the doctor or nurse in the office. They say you will be contacted in 24-48 hours but this is not true. Really wishing my mom had a different doctor now.
