Computer Solutions

My laptop quit charging so they provided me with a copy of my files while the worked on my laptop. That was cool! Best of all I had it back in four days.

Great service, I took my computer in on thursday this week for virus removal and friday I was able to pick it up. The really cool thing is that i got free anti virus software and they even showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Their location was a little hard to find but, it was worth it.

Of course, like everyone else I took my computer to Best Buy. My computer was there for a week and they didn't even touch it. than the tech tells me that I have a virues and thats why my dvd drive isnt working. Wrong. I need to get a new dvd drive. I took my computer to Computer Solutions at 2:00 and the next morning my computer was ready for pick up. For any computer problems that i have, i will be going to Computer Solutions.

I went to best buy first. They kept my computer for a week or so before they could even look at it. When they did, they told me the operating system had to be reinstalled. I didn't want to lose all my programs, so I looked around. Computer Solutions had it ready the next day. All my computer needed was viruses removed. Best Buy didn't even know what they were doing.
