- Our mission is to deliver the finest quality care to our patients in a warm, comfortable and fun environment. Sun Orthodontics is the place for you and your family's orthodontic needs. We provide a full spectrum of orthodontic treatments for adults and adolescents from minor tooth movement to correct spacing, crowding, thumb sucking habit to major skeletal discrepancies which may require extraction or orthognathic surgeries. We understand how important a straight, beautiful smile is, which is why we offer the state-of-the-art appliances and revolutionary services. We use only the latest procedures and technologies such as digital photography and radiology, self ligating brackets (Damon, Innovation), Invisalign. Our highly qualified staff will treat you with the courtesy and respect that you have come to know and expect when you visit us at Sun Orthodontics. Our caring and personable staff is always willing to answer any questions you might have. We want your visit with us to be as comfortable as possible, and we strive to continually serve you better. Our reception area has a Playstation 2 with 25 different games, cable music, up-to-date magazines, and a quiet environment where patients can relax. Soft, soothing music plays throughout our treatment area. Blankets and water are also available upon request. Dr. Duong not only cares about my teeth, but cares about you as a person too. She has sponsored me in pageants, including Miss Rancho Bernardo Teen and Miss Philippines of San Diego. She also attended my birthday celebrations. Dr. Duong put my braces on when I was 13 and took them off when I was 14; I am now 22-years-old and still keep in touch with her. If you choose her as an orthodontist, you also choose her as a friend for years to come.
I really like coming here, everyone makes me feel really comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating for my busy schedule. Both of my boys have enjoyed their experiences here.
