Progressive Insurance - San Diego Service Center

I was involved in a car accident 2 months ago (now on month 3) where the progressive client threatened my life when we pulled over to exchange information. When I called the police for my safety she fled the scene. I have been working with the police station that wrote the report but progressive has been dragging there feet to take responsibility....(according to Eddie at progressive it's word against word when she hit me and ran and has admitted it was her) it's been two months and I've been nothing but accommodating with my time and patiences. I signed a release form for progressives 3rd party over a month ago to obtain the police report and every time I call progressive there still waiting for the "pending" claim. As of yesterday I have also filed a claim with the California department of insurance. Stay away from this company especially Eddie and his unhelpful manager Chris at the 4141 Ruffin Road Suite 150, San Diego location
