I wish I could do 4.5 out of 5 stars. My only reuest for improvement is to have a bit more selection and/or availability of furniture. All the pieces are high quality and reps are very helpful, kind, and not pushy. Delivery was good, but I think the guys do too many of them a day so if you’re last one on the list, they may be more forgetful and not as careful.

Our last two homes we furnished with living Spaces. We love their selection. The sales associates don’t work off commission so they’re not buggy at all like most places. Delivery is always on time, the delivery guys are always polite,and always set up our furniture perfectly without any damage. Good customer service is hard to find these days and that’s why we keep going back to living Spaces.

Adrain was extremely professional and friendly. Moreover, he was highly informed on the products. The staff was so patient with me as it took me a long time to decide what sofas I should pick. I was happy with their selection and thry allow returns within seven days of delivery whereas Jeromes and Ashley will not take any item back unless it’s damaged. It is difficult to really tell how a piece will look inside a room until you see it. I think the no return policy on furniture that is not custom made is unfair and overly harsh.

Melissa was great! Didn’t feel pressured. She gave me time to walk around and look. Buying furniture was a great experience. Living spaces has a good selection to choose from.
