Joshua's Pest Control

Joshua B. was my service rep today. He arrived on time, presented himself at my door, explained what he was going to do, asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, and proceeded to provide the pest control. When done, he stopped at the door again, explained everything he had done, asked if I needed more, and provided a receipt. He was neat, clean, well groomed, and very polite. I was quite impressed with him, his appearance, and his positive attitude.

I had an issue with something eating my tee shirts. Mark was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, took his time and was understanding and truly caring about helping me to solve the problem. He set glue traps and sprayed my closet. We have an ongoing service with Joshua for over a year and therefore they did not charge me for the service call today. I am VERY HAPPY with Joshua Pest Control.

Mark V. came out yesterday to take care of an ant problem. He and Joshua's consistently provide excellent customer service. This is a great company. Mark was extremelt friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job.

Today Mark V. came to our house to re-set traps... He is and was the last time he came to our house, very friendly, helpful, and knows all you need to know about mice & rats!! I highly recommend Joshua's Pest Control and "Mark V" Job well done!
