RC Willey

I have been shopping at R.C. Willey for 10 years. I have always had a positive experience with them. I have furnished my entire home from them, and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family!

An average company to work for. Their showrooms are nice to look at but they aren't the best I've seen as far as customer service or employment, they have a another side to them that a lot of people don't know about. And Warren Buffet is a fake; he may own the company but he doesn't have a staff working for him. He only has a one room office sitting there and is the oldest billionaire in the world that fools people with his outgoing personality that doesn't really seem the way it really is. Donald Trump is one of only wealthy people I see that has people working for him while he owns companies. Trump would do a better job.

This sums up all of RC Willey's furniture: You pay moderately high prices for moderately low quality furniture. If any of the furniture was actually made out of WOOD, then their prices could be justified. Since 98% of what they sell is nothing more than the veneer you can buy at Walmart (albeit they have a better selection!), then go ahead and pay $1500 for a piece that should probably sell for $800. If you don't mind spend $1800, you can probably get that same piece in REAL wood at a REAL furniture store. Otherwise, save your money and go to Walmart.

If you buy something on credit with R.C. Willey, beware! If you lose your job or have some other financial difficulty, they won't work with you to make smaller payments until you can get into a better situation. They will send your account to collections and then they will sue you in no time at all! They are financial preditors and they don't even have that good of selection anyway. Go somewhere else!

Read very well the agreement before you sign somethig with them, I was told at the sotore 1 completely diferent thing and now they are charging me 500 interest on the last month that supose to be my last payment (from what I was told at the buying time) now I have to pay all the interest I did not pay on the 18 months.... besides their products get broken so fast and the warranty will not cover that part that you got broken....Muy decepcionada de esta tienda.

RC Willey has been an absolute nightmare in my life for the past 5 years. I closed my account in writing in 2000. Credit report even shows it was closed in 2000. Then, in 2005 I got divorced. My ex got remarried 6 months later and the day after the wedding went in to RC Willey and they LET HIM reopen the account and charge it to the limit. I have contacted them several times and they will not remove me from the account or remove the account from my credit and since my dumb ex continues to pay his bills late my credit continues to be damaged, all because RC Willey took it upon themselves to reopen an account that I had closed. Funny how they think that is not their responsibility.

I have purchased 2 TV's and a Berkline reclining sofa from RC Willey. The sofa is 6 wks old and we are sitting in holes on both ends. Our butts are sitting on the metal frame and I have a backache. It has been one week and I am still waiting for an adjuster to call me and schedule some time to come by and see the furniture. I am so sorry I paid it off already. I went there because they have such great service, or so they advertise.

Spent 2500 dollars on a new bed, within the first year the bed has sunk an inch and is completely uncomfortable. We wake up with headaches and back aches almost every night. They say it hasn't sunken an inch and a half yet so they will not replace it, There is nothing they will do about it. We have spent a little over ten thousand dollars on furniture in the last couple years but they could care less. The girl at customer service was totally rude, I called to talk to the manager and he didn't even call me back, they had some sales guy call back. They obviously do not care about customer loyalty so we won't be back. We actually were waiting for them to deliver new leather couches but canceled that order because they were so unhelpful. We will never set foot in that place again.

I have used them in 2 different states and when I broke a piece on my bedroom set that I bought in Utah, I went to the store in Vegas and they were able to get me the replacement piece in no time. I really love the outlet center!

I went online to check out all of their furniture and this one particular Bedroom armoire caught my attention since it is on clearance sale. I called the store the one on Henderson area to find out if they have it on stock. Unfortunately they don't since it's on clearance, but this lady name Julie assure me she could have it deliver from Utah to their warehouse store the next day, eventhough she have found out they wont deliver it in that area, she made an extra mile to make sure I will get the furniture I wanted, She made an effort to call me back within minutes to notify me.
