Dr Patel spent many hours "fixing" me: I am so grateful to him and his team. His nurse was wonderful (Diana, I think). Moran is the best and Dr Patel is the nicest doctor I have ever met. He also told me he won't fix me again if I don't wear my seatbelt!! I promise I will. God bless you and your whole team.

First of all, I am amazed at the difference. Not only did my lids, brows and cheeks turn out great, my face and neck also look slimmer. Dr. Patel had explained to me the "side-benefits" of this procedure and now I understand. I would say that the laser takes time to recover (pinkness) and the swelling was more than I expected. The pain was not much. The lids feel and look tight for a few weeks. Everything is in the information Dr Patel and his team gave me and I should have read it more carefully. If you want to look less tired and more like your old self, I recommend this operation. I am going to have Dr Patel fix my jowls and neck when I am ready but I already see a big improvement after this hammock lift. Thank you to everyone who looked after me

I went to see Dr Patel and had the surgery booked for my upper and lower eyelids. I was in a hurry and found a doctor in Idaho who said "come on up, we can do you this week!" That was nine months ago. I cannot close my eyelids and I have gone blind in my left eye. My right eye needs drops and ointment all day and night. I was embarrassed but my wife finally called Dr Patel and asked for help. He has reversed some of the botched surgery and is helping me save my right eye. I was not willing to wait three months for my surgery because I wanted it as quickly as possible. If I had my time again, I would not go anywhere and just wait until this doctor had time to fix me right the first time. I hope this helps some people to learn to not be in a rush! I am feeling less depressed now.

Although my neck and face looked old, the result I got is amazing. I got an improvement in my lids and my forehead and my cheeks as well!! I now understand what I had heard one of the patient say about "this doctor will deliver more than you think". I had no idea it would be this much. I would not go anywhere but to Dr Patel. And he has a really great team. The nurses looked after me like a VIP!! God bless you all. (he is a busy doctor but don't let that stop you!)

When I first went to see Dr Patel, they were busy and I had to wait to be seen. Of course, I got mad and wrote him up in a review for keeping me waiting. Now, five months later and after my surgery, I am amazed at what he did. He did a lot more than I expected and I am so happy. And the different "extras" he did was just to give me the best result. I now see why he is popular. I cannot take back the review where I complained about the wait thought I wish I could!! Wonderful doctor but an amazing surgeon. I love this man. Of course I do, he made me look so good!!!

I always hated my baggy lower lids. After bringing up my children and my grandchildren I finally decided to something about them. I saw three surgeons and I chose Dr Patel: he seemed confident and calm and his staff all told me how amazing he was. I made the correct choice of having surgery by him at the Moran Center. I could not be happier. My grandson used to ask me about my "bags" and I hated it. The other day he said "granny, you don't have bags!!"

Although you saved my sight a few years ago, I am writing now because my husband told me "did you tell him how grateful you are?" Of course we don't say thank you often enough. So I hope you will accept my thanks. Hope you are looking after yourself. You did my surgery on a Friday at 9 pm as an emergency and I know you had been working all day from what I heard the other doctors training with you were saying. I remember everything. God bless

My heavy lids were making me sleepy! My brows made me look angry! I am glad I got both fixed. I look awake and happy! The swelling took a while to settle and I did not expect the bruising to go to the lower lids and cheeks but the doctor explained that it was gravity. I also had some numbness on the forehead for a few weeks which I remember was supposed to be there but I had forgotten. Otherwise it was smooth. I love the results. It is now just over two months after my hammock lift. I love the results. The swelling of the face was more than I expected. My vision was blurry and I had swelling of the white of my eye. Although I had been told about this, it was still something that worried me. I think I troubled the doctor with my calls but they were very good with guiding me. Expect swelling, bruising and blurry vision. Don't expect to go to a party in two weeks looking perfect. But the bonus is my jaw and jaols and neck also look better and I did not expect that.

Dr. Patel is amazing! We have been going to Patel for 11 years. My daughter was born with Ptosis. We tried to fix the muscle but the muscle was dead. We went to Patel and he worked his magic. He informed us that we would have to get a final surgery once she has grown. We just did that 2 months ago. Dr. Patel has created a way to not only put a sling from her eye lid to forehead to help her lift her eyelid, but he also creates a beautiful curve in her lid to give more confidence.
