Scott R Holdridge - State Farm Insurance Agent

I left State Farm years ago and after my old insurance company raised my rates I switched back to State Farm and called this office for a quote. They were super helpful and polite and have gained a customer for life.

KarlZ63104's review is dead on. After reviewing on Yelp, I searched online because I was interested in seeing what other people thought about this place.



Customer service is abysmal. They'll screw something up, you jump through hoops to fix it and then they'll never follow up appropriately.



The prices are truly unbelievable for the service and what you get. We wound up elsewhere after a series of colossal screw-ups on their end and saved hundreds.

My family & I have been with Scott & his team since we moved to stl in 2006. They have always provided us with warm & professional service. They made sure we had all the right coverages on our car,home & life insurance & were very knowledgeable. He is a great neighborhood agent & they always treat you like family. They were there for us when we had a car accident & went above & beyond. Highly recommend State Farm & especially this agent & his team.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. File a claim and they take 4 days to get back to you. They're never in their office.. Their insurance never covers anything - even though the policy says they do... bunch of Fraudsters. If you want overpriced Insurance - and the worst customer service ever - get a policy here.
