If a computer is fixable or worth fixing he can do it for a reasonable price. He is honest he is up front with you about what you need. I took my Sony Vaio to him because it would not turn on I thought I had a serious problem, the problem was that something is the computer was loose. I really wanted a new computer but he talked me out of it. He is all about saving his customers money. I had to create a multimedia presentation for my graduate class and I could not get the program to work so I called him at 11:30 pm and of course he walked through how to install the program after i had tried numerous times. I decided to try Mark of Manonight Computers after reading other reviews and I sure wasn't disappointed. He provided me with professional and quality service when I came to him with a laptop that wouldn't start. He was able to fix that problem quickly and effectively. I then asked him to optimize my computer. It's a bit old and was having some virus/hard drive issues, so Mark kept me updated throughout the process so that I didn't have to wonder or worry about its status. When I picked it up, he provided a comprehensive explanation of what he did as well as preventative steps to take in the upcoming months. I had an issue with my video card, and even though Marc thought that my Vaio might give him some problems he was able to diagnose and repair the problem within a couple of hours.

I have been a friend of Marc's for many years and a customer of his for a few years now and I can tell you that his prices are outstanding for the services he provides and his dedication to his services are even better. He has worked on at least three of my desk top computers and both of my daughters lap tops and every time he has gone above and behond the call of duty. He also gives advice and service after the work is done. He goes out of his way to make sure that the work is done to our satisfaction. One one of the computers was so old that he saved all of the information, installed a new mother board and replace all of the information from the old system. One of my daughter's laptop would turn on but would not run any applications. He was able to troulbe shoot the problems and QUICKLY but thoroughly resolves all issues. I will continue to use his services, as he puts his heart and soul into every computer he works on. Mark identified, purchased, and replaced the funky fan on my laptop in record time! After he took the ID numbers off my laptop, i was able to limp along until the fan came in and so i was only computer-less for a matter of hours--just time enough to enjoy a wonderful dinner with my partner.
