The staff is terrible! To your face they are nice, but heaven forbid they forget to hang up the phone properly after you call. This happened to my husband yesterday and he over heard them making fun of him after he called to get contacts and inform them of a change of insurance. They laughed and joked about him for a minute until they realized they hadn't fully hung up the phone. Unbelievable! Like a Katy schoolhouse in there.

We have been going to Dr. Fong since 2005. We just called the office about insurance changes and getting more contact lenses. When the receptionist hung up she didn't do it properly because we heard the entire conversation she had with her co worker making fun of us. She was unprofessional and immature. When she finally realized she forgot to hang up after trashing us for a few minutes she promptly hung up the phone quickly. If this is how this office does business I want nothing to do with them. Avoid this office like the plague.

This place gave me the wrong prescription and made me lose $300 Doctor has no patience he is always in a rush. He will never let you explain anything he has no time to listen to you that is very bad service Overall I will never go back there again and i reccomend people NOT to go there too.
