Please DO NOT bring your car to this place or you will be SORRY. I brought in my 2012 Toyota Sienna for them to install a brand new Pioneer DVD/nav. unit. First, they lied and cheat, told me that the model 140BH wasn't going be out yet for another week so I was forced to buy the older model 130BT instead. To make it worse, they installed a SUPER OLD 120BT model which only cost around $400 and charged me $1,000 thinking I wasn't gonna find out. After I caught them lied, they went back and switched it out to what I originally asked for which is the 140BH. They also tinted my windows which turned out looking like sh*t and messed up all my panels and trimming in my car. The tints were bubbling and weren't cut right. They installed a DVD monitor screen for the back rows and ended up drilling a hole on the roof of my van with the DVD hanging, flapping around because it wasn't hung right. MY BRAND NEW VAN that is UNDER 10K miles is now looking like sh*t because of these people. I'm currently working with their INSURANCE company to get it straighten out and have them pay for my damaged to get fixed which is currently to be estimated at around $6,500. It's not the money that I care about but my brand new vehicle now looks like a Freaking SALVAGE vehicle. I REPEAT, DO NOT bring your car here for any work done at all. This isn't a shop, they hired bums off the street and have them work in the back of a nasty garage in a ghetto neighborhood. I had to bring my vehicle to Audio Express in Arden to get everything redone. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE, go ELSEWHERE. I NEVER write review on anything but I made sure that I have to do it this time so other people won't have to pay money then get their car messed up with and be pissed like me. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, something I SHOULD HAVE DONE.

Absolutely one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Was quoted one price but when I came back (happened to be wearing a shirt and tie the next time) the price suddenly doubled. I haggled and had a deck installed. Some of the shoddiest work I've ever seen. They cut my dash to hell and now it looks terrible, didnt give me the instructions to the stereo or remote. This place should be shut down.
