Very polite owner, let my car tow in at last minute, looked at it first thing the next morning and called me shortly after they opened with its diagnosis. The motor was dead and he didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee or a storage fee as I wait to junk it somehow. He also offered a local towing service before I brought it in and then also suggested some other cars he had to replace my dead one. Coffee and candy amenities were provided in the shop as were a lot of interesting decor if you are waiting. Really happy I had my dead car towed here.

Lee and his very capable staff have taken care of all of my cars for years and I am constantly amazed by their honesty, knowledge, and intense desire to keep all costs as low as possible. Roswell Auto Tech is, by far the best auto repair shop in the state of Georgia.
