Jim Denny - State Farm Insurance Agent

Never have I worked with or spoke to the elusive Jimmy Denny himself but any time I call about our many accounts I get the same country bumpkin who answers the phone and is quite possibly the rudest person working in customer service. She is not helpful, condescending, short, and acts like it’s a complete thorn in her side to help us. I really hate to know what would happen if I actually had an accident or tragedy and had to work with this miserable human. This last time I called I actually called her out on how rude and demeaning she was speaking to me and was met with her giving me the most insincere “I’m sorry you feel that way” followed by her promptly hanging up on me. Currently looking to move our home, two cars & boat insurance as fast as possible. I do not recommend this agency at all.
