We used these guys for a back patio. He gave me some great ideas that I didn't think of and now it looks great. They did a great job and I will use them again.

I gave them the 3-stars because the end result was decent. However, getting there was a challenge. I had to hound the owner to get the initial bid sent out. Then, I basically had to watch them closely the entire time to get what I paid for. Paid for 6-inches, they dug out 4-1/2-inches... I had to make them come back and fix it before the pour. Had I not measured and taken photos, I would have been ripped off. They fixed it.

Then I paid for microfiber, and they did not order it. The foreman tried to tell me they added the fiber. I contacted the concrete truck company directly to confirm if it was ordered... it was not. On top of all that, they sliced my brand new $45 heavy duty hose in half with one of their tools.

Fortunately, the driveway looks okay in the end, but not without me having to take 2-days off of work to constantly supervise them.

If you want to hire someone to do the work without any effort from you, hire someone else.
