THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE OWNERS WORD IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING. THEY HAVE RAN MY FATHER (WHOM IS 72 YEARS OLD AND ON A FIXED INCOME) AROUND FOR OVER 2 WEEKS FOR 1 LITTLE PART. THEY HAVE TOLD HIM IT WAS SHIPPED FOR WEEKS. I FINALLY CALL TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND FIND OUT IT IS SITTING ON THE WONERS DESK. I WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD SHIP FOR SURE ON WENESDAY AND I TOLD THEM I WOULD CALL WENS FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND NOW THEY SAY THE DRIVER IS BRINGING IT. AND NOW THE OWNER WHO GAVE ME HIS WORD IS NOT AVAILABLE.
