- In 1962, Perfection Tire opened the doors of their first store located at 604 E. 2nd Avenue, Spokane, Washington under the name of Perfection Retreading. As technologies changed so did the tire business. Soon retreads were not the product of choice. The radial tire took over the industry, and Perfection Retreading was there to meet the demands of its customers. With the changes in technology Perfection Retreading changed its name to Perfection Tire in order to reflect the current market. In the late 70's the decision was made to become a full service automotive store. In 1985 the company's name was changed to Perfection Tire and Auto Repair.Today, Perfection Tire has 18 locations in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. We offer great tires from Cooper, Nokian, Starfire, Westlake, Milestar, and ProMeter. We are still driven to give our customers the type of Hometown Attention they deserve. Each store is operated by individuals who know what it takes to make sure that your car is serviced to the highest possible standard.The structure of Perfection Tire is unique in the tire industry. The store locations are individually owned and incorporated. Most owners have many years in the Perfection Tire system. Please see individual store pages for more information on present owners. Some of the business owners started at the bottom cleaning stores or mounting tires, but because Perfection Tire promotes first from within, they now own the businesses at their locations. What an outsider may not see is the sense of "Family" that exists because of the long tenure that many of our employees have in common. Perfection Tire is excited that a 2nd generation of ownership has begun.

Was heading home to Tacoma from Pullman when steering wheel began to shake and we noticed a very strong rubbery smell. Got towed into town then drove the car to Perfection Tire. Come to find out the wheel bearings and brakes/rotors were shot. Just prior to the trip, we had them all checked by a mechanic in Tacoma. They said 80% brakes and all was good. Ha! Wish we could have taken these guys home with us. They had us back on the road THAT DAY when everybody else said it would be a day or two! A++ customer service. Ronnie (?) was spectacular - really saved our bacon. Got home and checked prices, and they were spot on. They could have taken us for a ride, but they didn't. Love these guys!!
What really sticks out for me is the service. The guy here was super cool. He was really nice, and also answered some questions I had about new tires....for when I'll be needing them. Wish I could remember the gentleman's name, to give him a shout-out. Will definitely be back!

I have worked with Dillon since he first started as a manager at Perfection tire. The service has been amazing over the years. I always leave with a smile on my face and a sense for a good deal! I recommend them monthly to my friends and You will be happy too!
I am from Oregon and was on vacation with family when my suburban broke down. It was a Saturday to boot. They were open and moved me to the front of the line. They had it fixed and on the road within a couple hours. Very reasonable price too. Super nice and helpful!

After being told my flat tire repair (the original place of purchase) would take over an hour I tearfully pulled into Perfection Tire. They promised me I'd be back on the road to my daughter's soccer game in 15 minutes. They beat their promised time and gained a new customer. THANK YOU!!
It is impossible to beat their prices and turn around time. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and fun to be around. We won't go anywhere else.
