The most unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. They Lie. They do not try to help u in any way unless u are buying another car. Read the fine print. Get things in writing. I was told you get what you pay for by the manager. In other words if u dont buy new cars u are stuck with their maintenance problems even with extended warranty.

They treat you like your stupid and have no idea what what your doing. I guess they think they are the only dealership around. Save your time and don't pay these people to treat you bad.

great dealership, really took care of me. I literally wrote this review in the car because they made that much of an impression on me and my family. When I came into the door they brought me a coke. Couldn't close a deal friday night so Roberts Auto Center delivered a Silverado 1500 to my work and had me sign there because I work a lot. This is outstanding customer service.. Can't be beat in the tulsa area did me a huge favor I love it!

I'll tell you the short version of my story. Roberts Auto Center's salesperson Shane contacted me via phone and told me he could lower my payment. Well, I had done business with this dealership before and they gave me a good deal. At first, I was extremely weary but I remember my first dealings with Roberts Auto Center and they got me in the door. Glad I came up there because I did get a much better deal this go around

Gee. Where do I start? The young man, Dylan is a unique, smart and fast thinker. I loved hearing his explanation of the features of my purchased vehicle. Heck he pointed out features I didn't even know my trade in had. I had a swell time purchasin this Cruze. Thank yer kindly Roberts auto center

I'll put this the best way I can.. I'm a hustler all day errr day and these kats know how to do what they do.. I got my second vehicle of choice but I am happy i did coz the first just wasn't for me and instead of pushing me into the vehicle that I felt like didn't drive like i expected they showed me a second one before I even drove the first. After driving the second I realized that the Terrain is the one for me. Love my ride ill take a picture in it and update this review. I got my sat radio hooked up I recommend seeing james or shane
