        If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. Ordered chair in September. After weeks of back and forth on when delivery would occur, received an eMail indicating delivery would happen at end of Nov. Now website offline, eMails returned as undeliverable, and no one answers 800 number. I SO WISH I HAD READ THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. Guess will be submitting dispute to credit card co to get my $ back.
