        Kell, Alterman & Runstein was founded in 1929 when Gus J. Solomon established a practice dedicated to the highest levels of client service, community involvement, and collegiality. After 82 years, we still follow the same guiding principles. Our firm is an AV rated firm. Our lawyers serve clients in Oregon, around the U.S., and abroad on a range of legal matters, from business law to litigation concerns to family issues.         Excellent service. True professionals. I met with Mr. Rask regarding The purchasing of a business. He was patient and tactful in walking me through the process right up to the work that follows after the purchase. Mr. Rask truly understand the negotiation process better then anyone I've met in my career and has proven to be a wonderful asset. I would highly recommend meeting with this firm for any business need you may have.
