Great service friendly people

They are the worst carrier I have encountered. First they forgot to put my package on their truck for delivery. I stayed home all day waiting and they called about 4:30 to say they have forgotten it. Then they said they would deliver 5 days later but did not give a time. They called at 10:30 to say they would be at my home at 1:00 p.m. and asked where I lived. At 1:30 I called to see where they were. They said it would be between 1 and 2 more hours, because they had to deliver another package first. Wouldn't they have know at 10:30 a.m. that there was another package? I wasted two full days waiting.
