Great customer service until everything is paid for. They are available all the time when they are trying to get a contract and payment for install. After that, you are on your own. We spent 50,000 on a security and entertainment system. We cannot use our alarm because it is always malfunctioning, one of our subwoofers has never worked, one of our cameras is blurry, the sound on the entertainment system turns itself off daily. I have a years worth of texts and emails going back and forth trying to get these items resolved. I tried to dispute the charges on my credit card, but I waited too long because I believed them when they said they would take care of things, so I lost the ability to get some money back. I have given up. So frustrated!!!!!
