        I have used them for nine years. I called to make a appointment and was told it would be about 3 weeks.I found another tax service in town that said they could do my taxes in the next couple days. When I called hrblock back to cancel I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told them I had found someone else to do my taxes. They were very rude on the phone and almost hung up before getting my name to cancel.. My taxes are not that complex but I do have a few deductions which require some basic math involving percentages. I have had to do the math for them in the past because they were unable to figure it out on their own.2017 will be the last year they will ever do my taxes.
